About me

I am 52 years and a survivor of childhood abuse, living my life and rebuilding all that was taken from me and destroyed. I have navigated loss, rejection and abandonment and have gone through the trauma’s of making many attempts on my life. I have spent my life finding my way in a world that once said no. At aged 21 I found the courage to leave, to leave my childhood and those in it. Decades later, I’m not just existing but surviving and thriving. I am now helping other’s by sharing my story!

The other side of me

I am a mother with two children. I work a regular job and I socialise often with friends. I Love writing poetry. making people laugh and making people smile. My biggest accomplishments are my children and away from being a parent, my biggest achievements are my books and knowing that I am helping people all over the world!
