The story behind my Mental Health Care Packs

Due to my own struggles around Mental Health, I decided that I wanted to offer something that should have always been readily available to every single person struggling. In 2024 while recovering from illness and my struggles with Mental Health, I took part in a local festival that is held every year and focusses on Mental Health and Suicide Awareness. Named after a local young woman who lost her life to Mental Health. For this charity, I handed out 246 care packs to adults and children.

I have made macks for individuals, organisations and professionals.
